Free Session
The One Good Bid three-day session is completely free. There is no charge to register or attend, so there is nothing to refund for the free session itself.
VIP Upgrade ($47)
The VIP upgrade is a one-time payment of $47. Because the VIP materials — including session replays, the workbook, the AI prompts, and access to the GovCon Ready community — are delivered digitally and made available immediately upon purchase, all VIP sales are final and non-refundable.
Private 1:1 Strategy Session
If you are unable to attend your scheduled 1:1 strategy session, you may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions that are missed without notice are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If you believe you were charged in error or charged more than once for the same VIP upgrade, contact Customer Support within 14 days of the charge with your receipt details and we will review and correct it promptly.
