Acceptance of Terms
By registering for the One Good Bid session or purchasing the VIP upgrade, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not register or purchase.
The Free Session
The One Good Bid three-day session is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to limit attendance, change the schedule, or modify the content at any time without prior notice.
VIP Upgrade
The VIP upgrade is a one-time payment of $47 that unlocks session replays, live VIP Q&As, a private 1:1 strategy session, two months of access to the GovCon Ready community, the VIP workbook, and exclusive AI prompts. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment. All VIP sales are final and non-refundable, as described in our Refund Policy.
Use of Materials
All session content, replays, the workbook, AI prompts, and other VIP materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or share access to these materials with others who have not purchased VIP access.
No Guarantee of Results
One Good Bid provides education, guidance, and tools to help you find, qualify, and pursue government contracting opportunities. We do not guarantee that you will win any contract, and results depend on your own effort, business, and the opportunities available in your market.
Intellectual Property
All content provided through One Good Bid, including the session, replays, workbook, and AI prompts, is owned by H2 GovCon Ready and One Good Bid and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, H2 GovCon Ready and One Good Bid are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the session or VIP materials. Our total liability for any claim related to the VIP upgrade is limited to the amount you paid ($47).
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
